2a. Analytics and Email Tracking

To understand usage and improve the service, we collect limited analytics and engagement data:

  • Site analytics: We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which collect privacy-friendly, aggregated usage data (page views, performance) without advertising cookies.
  • Profile views: We count visits to public artist pages so artists can see view totals. We do not build advertising profiles from this.
  • Email tracking: Emails we send may include open and link-click tracking so artists and our team can see when a message was opened or a link was clicked. You can disable image loading in your email client to limit open tracking.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and deliver services you have ordered.
  • To send you updates about your order or project status.
  • To send email communications if you have opted into our waitlist or mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for their own marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Tracking
